Fit for life

Hy loves , as I've told you my first resolution for this year was to have a stronger and healthier body , I'm in my third  month of gym and I'm feeling fantastic.
I have to say that there are days when I don't even want to get out of bed , let alone go to the gym .  For those days I need an extra kick. I keep on my laptop a folder with pictures from +We Heart It or +Pinterest  with fit girls , healthy food and snacks and different motivational quotes , and this helps me focus on my goal .

I don't keep any diets , I just try to eat well and in small portions and I start everyday with a large bowl of cereals and fresh juice .
You can find plenty recipes on web , also I like adding some slices of lemon or cucumber to my water , it's quite tasty.

For my sport gear I chose bright colors , they make me feel more energetic at the gym , they give a good vibe .

I try to go 4 times a week to the gym where I have a trainer and we do different exercise each day . My favorite is leg day :) . 

I'm very happy with the results so far and my advice for you loves is, if you really want a change in your life start TODAY , not tomorrow or the day after but right now and you will not regret .
